Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our techs keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. We count in half hour increments and round down when in-between them. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon completion of work. Rates depend on the work and level of effort. We understand most residents are on tight budgets and do not have a lot of money to fix some things.
